QUESTION:  I’ve seen some critical comments on consumer review websites and Internet blogs.  What’s your response to those comments?

We’re very proud of our team of almost 100 highly trained and qualified physicians.  All are board certified or board eligible.  Prior to joining Lifestyle Lift® they trained at leading hospitals and universities across the country including Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Emory, Harvard, Stanford, and NYU.  They have also received additional specialized training in the Lifestyle Lift® procedures and techniques.  Our physicians have performed this proven and highly effective procedure more than any other doctor or doctors’ group in the country.  This extraordinary training and specialization is one reason for Lifestyle Lift’s  excellent ratings for patient satisfaction and safety.

Results vary
Results and healing time varies from person to person.  While complications from Lifestyle Lift® procedures are rare, our highly-trained physicians are committed to doing their best to ensure that patients are safe and delighted with their results.  However, every practice invariably has a small number of clients who are dissatisfied, and as an industry leader, we have our share. 

The internet has given this small, but vocal group of people a public forum for voicing their dissatisfaction. For example one “rating” web site quotes 200 patients. This amounts to 0.2% of Lifestyle Lift clients, hardly a valid sample. That is assuming they are all really Lifestyle Lift clients!  Their stories are sometimes sensational and their names hidden and anonymous for the most part.  Our concern is that this anonymity makes it impossible to know if these postings are legitimate, and our experience has shown that sometimes they are not.
