I've seen some critical comments on consumer review websites and Internet blogs. What's your response to those comments?

The internet has given this small, but vocal group of people a public forum for voicing their dissatisfaction. For example one “rating” web site quotes 200 patients. Their stories are sometimes sensational and their names hidden and anonymous for the most part. Our concern is that this anonymity makes it impossible to know if these postings are legitimate, and our experience has shown that sometimes they are not.
